About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling for HVAC service, maintenance scheduling, and repair follow-up. You’ll also support dispatch operations, coordinate scheduling updates, and help keep daily service operations running efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking in a structured environment, and keeping operations organized and moving efficiently.

Monday–Friday schedule- 7:30 AM–4:00 PM work hours

What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer inbound customer calls and schedule HVAC service appointments
- Make outbound calls to follow up on repairs and maintenance opportunities
- Support dispatch scheduling to maximize technician efficiency
- Communicate with service and installation technicians by phone, text, and email
- Maintain customer memberships, renewals, and scheduling updates
- Use software systems and office tools to manage customer information accurately
- Complete follow-up communication with professionalism and urgency
- Assist with filing systems, office organization, and administrative support
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of customer service, dispatching, or office support experience preferred
Strong phone communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving office environment-
Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office software systems
Positive attitude and professional communication style
Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently
Dispatching, scheduling, or HVAC office experience is preferred but not required
