Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients professionally, ensuring a positive visitor experience
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
• Manage the security card program for employees and visitors
• Handle boardroom bookings, including setup and communications
• Coordinate with the Hospitality team for events and catering
Requirements:
• Community College education or equivalent experience
• At least one year in a receptionist role
• Experience in the hospitality sector preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and AV technology
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
