Location: Downtown Toronto (On-Site)

Our client, a real estate investment firm is currently in search of a Receptionist to join their team. This presents an excellent chance to begin your journey with a highly accomplished corporate entity situated in downtown Toronto.
** Please note, this position requires immediate availability.**
Responsibilities:
– General reception: answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately in a courteous and professional manner.
– Maintain and manage Outlook boardroom calendars, notifying internal departments of guest arrivals and adjusting meeting room bookings.
– Sort and distribute incoming mail, and handle mail services such as faxing, scanning, and posting.
– Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing office supplies.
– Maintain office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, and postage machines, including placing service calls when necessary.
Requirements:
– Self-motivated, mature, and possess a strong work ethic.
– A customer-focused approach and a polished and professional demeanor.
– At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in reception, administration or hospitality.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems independently.
– Ability to start a new job right away.
