Our client in Mossel Bay is hiring a Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, welcome clients, coordinate appointments, and provide professional administrative support in a client-focused environment.

To provide an effective receptionist function through reliable support, reception and switchboard duties as well as client administration.

Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years in administration, Receptionist experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to function well under pressure.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
