Position Summary:
The Receptionist will represent the company in a personable and professional manner through telephone communication, visitor contact, and front desk duties. They will support special projects and provide backup to the administrative team, working to support the overall administrative functions without being assigned to support a specific group.
Essential Functions:
Greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate party
Answer multi-line phones, take messages, and facilitate communication
Organize and prioritize information and calls
Maintain visitor logs and manage parking vouchers and badges
Maintain the lobby’s professional appearance
Support corporate meetings with materials, room setup, and technology
Handle incoming deliveries, mail, and office supplies
Prepare Fed Ex packages
Support administrative staff and maintain office organization
Handle confidential information and assist with special projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
At least 2 years of reception or administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
Experience with Concur is a plus
Work Environment
:
In-person, professional office setting
Hours:
generally Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with possible variations
No travel required
