Holmes Weddle & Barcott is currently seeking a professional, dependable Receptionist to join our Anchorage office. This position is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient office environment. Strong customer service skills, consistent reliability, and a polished, courteous demeanor are essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet clients and visitors in person and by phone in a professional and friendly manner

· Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly

· Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars

· Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

· Maintain reception area appearance and assist with general office organization

· Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling

· Support attorneys and staff with clerical needs as assigned

Qualifications

· Excellent customer service and communication skills (required)

· Professional appearance and positive attitude

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy office environment

· Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)

· Previous receptionist or office experience preferred; law firm experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
