Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Bled. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience. Daily responsibilities include attending to incoming calls, managing a smooth check-in and check-out process, assisting with booking reservations, and responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the role involves handling various clerical tasks to support the hotel's operations and maintaining a positive and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organization and attention to detail
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills, with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Slovenian or other European languages, are an advantage
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
