Receptionist / Customer Service Professional — Camelback Toyota | Phoenix, AZ

Starting pay: $17/hr | Schedule and raise review at 6 months
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and by phone with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Operate multiple computer systems simultaneously with accuracy
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving
- Support the dealership team with general administrative tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills; ability to type 40+ WPM preferred, not required
- Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center, or sales experience a plus
- Dealership experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
