The Receptionist will play a vital role in the Hong Kong office, with key responsibilities including greeting clients and setting up meeting rooms and many more.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Receiving and directing internal and external telephone calls in accordance with the firm’s policy
  • Preparing refreshments for visitors
  • Setting up and clearing of the meeting rooms
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and the firm’s policies in general
  • Receiving, documenting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
  • Arranging courier pickups for outgoing mail and shipments
  • To provide a friendly and efficient front of house service to visitors of the office
  • Responsible for organising and replenishing all office stationery and kitchen consumables in consultation with the Office Manager.
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Manage visitors schedule and desk allocation
  • Prepare onboard and offboarding admin
  • Assist in office maintenance  
  • Organize meeting rooms booking
  • Ad-hoc task to support admin department
