The Receptionist will play a vital role in the Hong Kong office, with key responsibilities including greeting clients and setting up meeting rooms and many more.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receiving and directing internal and external telephone calls in accordance with the firm’s policy
- Preparing refreshments for visitors
- Setting up and clearing of the meeting rooms
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and the firm’s policies in general
- Receiving, documenting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
- Arranging courier pickups for outgoing mail and shipments
- To provide a friendly and efficient front of house service to visitors of the office
- Responsible for organising and replenishing all office stationery and kitchen consumables in consultation with the Office Manager.
- Organize internal and external events
- Manage visitors schedule and desk allocation
- Prepare onboard and offboarding admin
- Assist in office maintenance
- Organize meeting rooms booking
- Ad-hoc task to support admin department
