Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical background demonstrating familiarity with front desk operations.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls effectively.
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist procedures is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
