Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Quickbooks.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Support payroll and verify employee hours.
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, filing documents, and supporting office operations.
Skills
- Strong understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, double-entry bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable processes
- Ability to analyze financial data accurately and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail; capable of multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
