As part of our ongoing pursuit of excellence, we are currently looking for a full-time Reception Porter to join the team at Cliff at Lyons.
Candidates must be available to work full time including evenings and weekends.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival in a polite and professional manner
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Escort guests to their rooms
- Explain room features and hotel facilities
- Keep the reception and outdoor areas clean and tidy
- Report maintenance issues in public areas
