Job Title: Project Support ProcessorJob Description
This role provides back-office support for capital construction activities, focusing on tasks such as researching invoice statuses, entering and validating spot contracts, updating Asset Resource Management (ARM), entering new business contracts, processing credit card payments, and creating meter set orders. Additional duties include reconciling meter inventories, printing and updating service cards, correcting errors, and assisting contractors with GIS notifications.
Responsibilities
- Research invoice status on supplier's aging reports.
- Enter and validate spot contracts.
- Update Asset Resource Management (ARM).
- Enter new business contracts.
- Process credit card payment information.
- Create non-dispatchable and dispatchable meter set orders.
- Reconcile meter inventories and update service cards.
- Correct errors in project data and assist with GIS notifications.
- Search premise information and update street addresses.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in Excel, including data entry, pivot tables, and vlookups.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in engineering or construction projects.
- Experience with utility construction and GIS.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Team-oriented with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Intermediate Excel skills are preferred.
- Experience in project closeout for engineering and construction is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is advantageous but not required.
- Open to entry-level candidates with a relevant degree.
Work Environment
The role requires working in the office Monday to Thursday, with Fridays being remote. The team currently follows a hybrid remote schedule, but adjustments may be made as needed. The position requires a professional and collaborative work environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $22.00/hr.
