About the Role:

Responsible for promoting LG Chillers and AHUs in project designs, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with developers and end-users. This role also provides leadership and direction to assigned team members, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies, technical support, and project delivery. The position plays a key role in expanding the customer base, securing project deals, and delivering exceptional service through strong cross-functional and team collaboration.

Sales & Technical Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and design assistance to ensure LG Chillers and AHUs are specified in project designs.
  • Prepare and deliver formal proposals or quotations for customers' air conditioning requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations to create awareness and educate stakeholders.
  • Strategize to increase sales and secure project deals with Developers and End Users.
  • Build rapport and foster professional business relationships to promote a positive corporate image.
  • Ensure quality service and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide complete product catalogs to Developers and End Users.
  • Expand the developer and account base by attending pre-bid meetings, handling technical inquiries, conducting bid presentations, performing site inspections, and managing supplier accreditation documentation.
  • Identify potential project opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with Developers and End Users.
  • Coordinate in advance all technical support, commissioning activities, and after-sales service concerns to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with logistics to schedule and ensure the timely delivery of equipment.
  • Guarantee equipment quality and safety from shipping out of LG facilities to the designated delivery locations.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Group to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to specific projects.
  • Partner with the SSD Group for credit investigations, collections, and sales order processing to ensure smooth sales operations.

Leadership & People Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide assigned sales and/or technical team members to ensure alignment with sales targets and project objectives.
  • Provide coaching, on-the-job support, and technical guidance to enhance team performance and capability.
  • Monitor team activities, project progress, and deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members in coordination with the Team Leader.
  • Promote a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and resource needs to the CAC Team Leader with actionable recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proficiency in project sales processes, technical proposals, and product presentations.
  • Strong understanding of Chillers and AHUs, and their application in project designs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with developers and end-users.
  • Ability to analyze project opportunities, provide technical support, and ensure successful project execution
  • Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and project management software.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or project management (e.g., PMP, HVAC certifications)
  • Valid driver’s license and own personal car for client meetings and fieldwork
  • Physically fit and able to travel frequently to project sites
  • Must be residing within Metro Manila.
