Join Madison Homes Holdings as a Program Coordinator in the Low Rise Division. This role focuses on ERP upgrade database support and administrative tasks to streamline construction projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll assist with building and updating the New Star ERP Upgrade Database for residential construction projects. This position involves a variety of tasks, including data entry, product catalogue management, and ensuring accuracy of information entered into the system. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency of project operations and support the team in delivering quality homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the upgrade product catalogue database

• Maintain hard copy lot files and photocopy documents

• Input data accurately and efficiently into the ERP system

• Coordinate product details and manage catalogue within New Star

• Conduct audits for accuracy and compliance with procedures

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or construction diploma

• Proficiency in New Star ERP and Microsoft Excel

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
