Overview

SS Hair Care – The Trichology Clinic is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, customer service, and organization in a holistic health environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out process
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle email/text inquiries
  • Maintain appointment calendar and coordinate with clinical staff
  • Manage client records and intake forms, ensuring confidentiality
  • Support product sales and inventory tracking
  • Keep reception and waiting area tidy, welcoming, and organized
  • Provide information about services, products, and clinic policies

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and basic office technology

Training Requirement

Completion of the SS Hair Care Trichology Receptionist Course is mandatory prior to the start date if offered the position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service or front-desk experience
  • Interest in hair care, wellness, or holistic health
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Compensation based on experience
