Job description
Role:
Plan, coordinate and monitor all the facilities (housekeeping, communication, horticulture, pest control, transportation, stationary, guest house and hotels etc.) in the assigned plant; coordinate and liaison with government authorities for statutory compliances and prepare, monitor and control the annual administrative budget with the objective of providing overall administrative back up to all the plant operations taking place at the assigned plant.
Responsibilities:
Facilities Management:  Plan, organize, monitor and control communication facilities (EPABX, Telephones, intercoms), housekeeping facilities and transport facilities for both the plants at Sahibabad to enable smooth communication flow, maintain a high standard of general cleanliness and provide vehicles for meeting any emergencies related to man or machines.
Liaison:  Plan, co-ordinate and liaison with government authorities like Pollution board, Nagar Nigam, UPSIDC and Civil administration, etc. to ensure adherence to statutory compliances and seeking timely attention of authorities to resolve any problems which may arise from time to time.
Hospitality:  Book guest house and hotel on time, plan and organize official events and functions related to business promotions (foreign engineers from Man Roland, FERAG) and employees’ welfare activities to ensure safety and comfort to visitors as well as to maintain good reputation of our company.

Preferred candidate profile:
MBA with 12-15 years of relevant work experience.
