“`Responsibilities“`:
Construction Background a Plus !
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
– Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
“`Qualifications“`:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Knowledge of accounting software such as Quicken or QuickBooks
– Familiarity with financial concepts, tax regulations, and 10-key typing
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Knowledge of governmental accounting procedures is a plus
– Experience with payroll processing is a plus
– Ability to write financial reports is a plus
