Anthem Physical Therapy (an outpatient physical therapy clinic) is looking for a friendly, intelligent, individual with great interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, follow instructions, commit to scheduled hours, help assure that patients have the best physical therapy experience in Colorado Springs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for physical therapy and possess the ability to utilize their knowledge to treat any patient type while adhering to company protocols and safety measures. This candidate will also help with scheduling, basic insurance inquiries, clerical duties, and contacting patients when needed. This position is managed by the Clinic Owner who is a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities:
Ideal Candidate will be able to:
· Conduct Initial Evaluations, Re-Evaluations, Discharge Summaries, and Treatments to a high standard, including detailed objective information to help guide not on the physical therapy care, but the next stage of the patient’s healthcare
· Routinely manage several patients per hour with assistants including providing manual treatments and supervising exercises / activities
· Educate patients on the purpose of their prescribed therapeutic activities / exercises / stretches / balancing activities to assure they follow their treatment plans in attending visits as well as participating in home exercises / interventions
· Thoroughly document each visit, with all documentation completed by the end of the workday including future scheduling if required
· Follow the billing guidelines of the company and the state of Colorado and Board of Physical Therapists
· Provide excellent customer experience – being welcoming, professional, respectful (regardless of patient attitude), reliable, and organized is a must to adhere to company mission and culture
· Be committed to required work schedule and arrive to the clinic prior to your first scheduled patient
· Assist with managing support staff; engage with primary care office; market the clinic
· Clean equipment and treatment rooms after each use and prepare the treatment rooms for the next patient; keep the clinic clean and organized at all times
Education:
· Licensed as a Physical Therapist as required by the state of Colorado
· Graduated from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association required
· Related experience of at least 5 years preferred
· CPR Certification preferred
