PIP Suite Expert -Paralegal
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal specializing in PIP (Personal Injury Protection) suites to join our dynamic legal team. JOB IS LOCAL IN BRADENTON FLORIDA. In this role, you will provide essential support in managing PIP claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating smooth case progression. Your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance client communication, and uphold the highest standards of legal service. The Paralegal will identify and prepare DEMAND packages to the Auto Insurances and Prepare Appeal packages when these 3rd party insurance do not pay correctly.

Duties
- Manage and organize PIP insurance claims, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and filed in accordance with legal standards.
- Review and analyze legal documents, including medical records, insurance policies, and case files, for relevance and accuracy.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and insurance companies. Prepare Demand and Appeal packages to specific cases.
- Perform data entry and document review tasks efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Update the Medical EHR with accurate patient documents
- Assist the office in preparing attorneys with medical and billing documents.
- Provide administrative support, including calendaring deadlines, scheduling meetings, and managing phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- Paralegal experience in personal injury law or related fields such as workers’ compensation or litigation is required.
- Strong knowledge of PIP suites and familiarity with insurance claim procedures is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Demonstrated writing skills for drafting legal documents; proofreading and transcription abilities are essential.
- Experience with document review, data entry, filing systems, and administrative tasks within a law office setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including interviewing clients effectively and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
