Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chairman cum Concierge, located in Petaling Jaya. The position involves managing administrative and personal tasks to support the Chairman, including diary and schedule management, coordination of meetings, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, the role requires anticipating the Chairman's needs, providing concierge services, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support the Chairman effectively
- Diary Management and proficiency in handling schedules and appointments
- Strong Communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interactions
- Clerical Skills for accurate documentation and efficient task handling
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Capability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
