Position: Full-Time Housing Property Administrator
Join Buil Top Property Management as a full-time Housing Property Administrator in Scarborough, Ontario. This role involves servicing co-operative members and supporting property governance.

In this permanent, full-time position, you will work 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday, ensuring smooth property operations and member engagement. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will handle work orders, finances, and prepare meeting packages while engaging with community members and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process work orders efficiently and promptly

• Manage payables and receivables for the property

• Administer Rental Assistant programs according to guidelines

• Prepare documents for Board meetings and take minutes

• Maintain high occupancy levels and coordinate moves

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of property administration experience

• Strong financial management and administrative skills

• Effective communication in English, both oral and written

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Consent to a Police Check and some evening work
