Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant in the hospitality sector, based in the Randburg Emmarentia Area. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing executive schedules, performing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, handling clerical duties, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. The role demands attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Diary Management and scheduling
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation and file management
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle confidential information
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is an advantage

Salary around R30 000 per month
