At Vein911, we believe exceptional patient care starts with taking care of our team. That’s why we’ve transitioned to a 4-day workweek, giving our team members a consistent 3-day weekend every week while expanding availability for our patients.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday
  • 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (clinic hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Off

About the Role

This is not a traditional front desk position.

As a Patient Relations Specialist, you are the first impression of our practice and a key driver of our growth. You will guide patients from their initial consultation through scheduling and treatment, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience every step of the way.

You will play a critical role in:

  • Creating exceptional patient experiences
  • Converting consultations into scheduled treatments
  • Optimizing provider schedules and clinic flow
  • Supporting practice growth through outstanding service

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and support patients in person and by phone
  • Build trust and rapport from the first interaction
  • Schedule consultations and treatments
  • Manage provider schedules and reduce gaps
  • Communicate insurance expectations and treatment next steps
  • Ensure patients are prepared for upcoming appointments

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a medical front office, patient coordination, healthcare hospitality, or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence discussing patient care and next steps
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with scheduling, patient flow management, sales, or conversion metrics is a plus
