As a Patient Administrative Associate, you will focus on the Cochlear/Audiology/Hearing Aid Centre’s ambulatory clinics. Key responsibilities include maintaining patient records, staffing appointments, processing payroll, and handling supply orders.
Your role is vital in ensuring smooth operations within the Cochlear Implant program while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient scheduling and flow for clinics
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Process invoices and payments efficiently
• Manage staffing and support patient activities
• Assist with supply procurement and receipt
Requirements:
• One year of community college education preferred
• Experience in administrative/business roles in healthcare
• Proficient with MS Word, OSCAR, and Quadra Med
• Successful completion of PAA training required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
