Front Desk and Sales Assistant at Medspa in West Los Angeles with a well established Aesthetics Clinic. Pay is $21 to $23 per hour plus bonuses, 5 days per week with 2 weeknights and Saturdays required. Tuesday to Saturday.
Must be willing to work 3 Saturdays per month. Schedule subject to change and candidate may be asked to work on certain Mondays instead of another weekday.
Required Experiences: (Only these candidates to apply)
Must Have Prior Experience in a similar industry. Candidates from tanning, massage, day spas, medical spas and other similar industries are encouraged to apply. Please apply if you have this type of experience and are interested in a strong career path.
Must be a sales minded and have a strong sales background. Multi-tasking and being coachable are the key elements we are looking for. If you do not have these prior experiences, please do not apply.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of this job is to provide top customer service to our clients, help the team with the daily administrative tasks, drive sales by upselling to existing patients through text, phone calls and in-person and holding consultations and selling treatment packages, helping with sending texts and calling leads and passing on lead to our Sales/Patient Coordinator to book. Job requires a high volume of daily texts and calls to inquiring leads and existing clients. You must be good and excited to work with people through texts, calls, and in-person conversations. Must be an excellent communicator. Must have excellent computer skills. Job requires scheduling patients, welcoming clients, educating clients on services, calling leads and getting clients interested in our services and then passing them on to our Sales/patient Coordinator. Other job requirements include obtaining 5 star reviews from clients, taking photos and helping the office with organizing before/afters. Taking Video content for marketing is also another job responsibility.
