### Duties:

– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents
– Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain office supplies and inventory
– Perform data entry tasks using computerized systems

### Requirements:

– Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
– Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
– Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
– Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
– Experience in a law office is a plus
