Job Title: Part Time Guest Experience Associate (Sales Position)
Location: VIO Med Spa – Sodo
Reports To: Spa Manager
Position Summary:
The Guest Experience Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional, elevated guest journey from first interaction through follow-up, while supporting daily front-of-house operations and leading by example. This role sets the tone for the VIO experience—ensuring every guest feels confident, cared for, and valued. The Guest Experience Associate also supports sales performance and ensures operational consistency aligned with VIO Med Spa standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Serve as the first point of contact and create a welcoming, polished, and professional environment
- Deliver a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out, ensuring all touchpoints reflect VIO brand standards
- Proactively anticipates guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure a luxury-level experience that drives guest satisfaction, retention, and referrals
Sales & Revenue Support
- Educate guests on services, memberships, and retail products with confidence and authenticity
- Support achievement of location sales goals including membership sales, package sales, and retail sales
- Lead by example in converting consultations into bookings and long-term guest relationships
- Promote current offers, events, and promotions to maximize revenue opportunities
Operations & Administrative Excellence
- Oversee daily front desk operations including scheduling, confirmations, and guest flow
- Ensure accuracy in booking, service selection, and provider matching
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the reception and retail areas
- Support inventory, retail displays, and product knowledge
- Handle transactions, reporting, and end-of-day reconciliation with accuracy
Compliance & Standards
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Protect guest confidentiality and maintain HIPAA-compliant practices where applicable
- Ensure all documentation and processes align with medical spa operational standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales customer-facing role (luxury, hospitality, wellness, or med spa preferred)
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and recommend services/products
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with booking/POS systems (Zenoti)
- Professional appearance and commitment to delivering a high-end guest
