Role Description

The Project Admin role supports daily administrative and operational needs across projects and/or departments. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of documentation, reporting, and administrative processes.

The role may be assigned to support different functions such as project teams, operations, or other departments depending on business needs. It plays a key role in maintaining organized workflows, supporting cross-functional coordination, and ensuring efficient execution of administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project or departmental documentation and records.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations including reporting, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate internal communications between teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project-related documents.
  • Monitor and track project progress, timelines, and administrative deliverables.
  • Ensure proper documentation for compliance and internal processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to project teams or assigned departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in administrative, project support, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Open to being assigned across different departments based on business needs.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good time management abilities.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
