Yacobewell is not a standard spa; we are a high-performance wellness center. We are looking for an exceptional Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the "operational heartbeat" of our team.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every interaction—from the first call to the final checkout—is seamless, professional, and consistent with the luxury care provided by our therapists.
Responsibilities
- The First Impression: Create a warm, inviting, and professional atmosphere for every client.
- Operational Flow: Own the clinic’s daily workflow, including scheduling, confirmations, and proactive lead follow-up.
- Client Advocacy & Growth: Manage the patient journey by ensuring intake forms are completed, answering inquiries with empathy, and driving client retention through proactive rebooking, combo service education, and retail sales.
- Environment & Standards: Maintain the clinic’s premium aesthetic by overseeing facility cleanliness, organization, and laundry operations.
- Tech-Driven Efficiency: Utilize our software systems to manage bookings, financial record-keeping, and communication. You are the "tech-lead" of our front office.
- Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with our therapists to ensure the team is set up for success and the facility is prepared for every treatment.

Qualifications

- Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to quickly master new booking/administrative software.
- Education & Experience: Current enrollment in an aesthetics or massage therapy program is highly preferred. 1–2 years in high-end customer service, hospitality, or a premium medical setting is a plus.
- Languages: Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a nice-to-have, but not required.
Compensation, Schedule & Flexibility
Part-Time Schedule: 3 shifts per week (totaling 12–18 hours):
- 2 x Morning shifts (one of which must be Saturday)
- 1 x Afternoon shift
- Each shift is 4–6 hours.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate.
