Order Entry Specialist – Elk Grove Village, IL
$58,000-$65,000/Annually (Plus full health benefits, 401(k) match, PTO)

As we are growing we are looking to add an Order Entry Specialist to our team. This is NOT a call center. Majority of customer orders will be via email.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders coming through via email and over the phone: prepare quotes, input data, send order acknowledgements, and provide delivery timelines
- Serve as the primary contact for order-related inquiries
- Investigate and resolve issues using internal resources and collaboration with other departments
- Maintain accurate customer records, including billing and shipping information
- Develop a strong understanding of the product catalog to guide customer decisions
- Manage multiple requests and tasks with efficiency and professionalism
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service and order entry experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- CRM experience (preferred)
- Experience in Microsoft Suite
