Optometric Technician / Receptionist Jobs in Concord at Reflect Vision Care
Join our small, family-friendly eye care team as our receptionist and optometric technician! We are seeking a positive, motivated individual who is looking for growth opportunities.
Our ideal candidate must possess strong customer service, clerical, and technical skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills. A flexible work schedule is essential as this position requires weekend availability.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to all patients, managing the front desk by answering phone calls, scheduling, confirming, and managing patient appointments, checking and replying to messages received through various communication channels, learning and utilizing various online insurance systems, operating optometric equipment, cleaning and maintaining equipment and exam rooms, performing general office duties, and adhering to all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA.
The successful candidate must possess a positive, friendly attitude, strong attention to detail and communication skills, reliable transportation, flexibility, and motivation to take initiative, work weekends (Saturday and Sunday), arrive at work at least 15 minutes before patient care is scheduled, and a desire to gain optometric knowledge and training. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess the initiative to actively complete office tasks and work towards achieving practice goals, and a desire to build and grow a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees and team members.
