We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Assistant to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of daily office operations, supporting various administrative and clerical tasks with enthusiasm and precision. As an Operations Assistant, you will be critical of our office environment, helping to streamline processes, manage communications, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guides and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will contribute significantly to our team’s success and growth.

Responsibilities
- Auditing driver logs every Monday
- Refreshing & Maintaining Kid Packs
- Creating and Delivering Welcome gifts to our guests
- Filling Gold vials and orders for Independence Mine State Historical Park
- Upkeep of plants, office supplies, shop supplies, and keeping a clean office
- Transporting vehicles to/from Mechanic Appointments
- other duties as assigned
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with office management tools such as Google Workspace.
- Must be at least 21 years of age, background check clear and reliable transportation with means to deliver 6-7 duffle bags at a time and the physical ability to carry at least one at a time (or more)
- Some vehicle knowledge is a bonus, but not required.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
