We are currently seeking a full-time Office Support Assistant to work in the Golf Pro Shop division at Pine Mountain State Resort Park.

Pine Mountain is located 15 miles from Cumberland Gap National Park and the oldest state park in Kentucky. We are comprised of a hotel and lodge, cabins, cottages’, restaurant, convention center, 18-hole golf course, pool, natural amphitheater, picnic shelters, nature center and hiking trails.

Primary duties of the Office Support Assistant Position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintains and reports documentation of Tee Sheets and revenue for an 18-hole golf course.
  • Provides Customer Service and assistance in our golf pro shop.
  • Inputs Data and answers any customer inquiries.
  • Greet guests and golfers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provides office support assistance to the Parks Golf Professional.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION: High school graduate.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: NONE

Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE

Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Clerical experience will substitute for the required education on a year for year basis.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): NONE

Probationary Period

This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
