We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and approachable professional to join our team as an Office Manager/HR Coordinator. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values building strong relationships with staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with scheduling, communications, and administrative support to leadership.
  • Maintain organized filing systems

Human Resources

  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Assist with recruitment, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office management and/or human resources (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
  • Health and Safety background or certification would be considered an asset.
