Job Description

  • Answer all phone calls and direct them where they need to go.
  • The first face customers see when they enter the building
  • Handle updating vehicle inventory and making sure website and vehicle descriptions are up to date.
  • Handle all end of month reports and communicate with accountant accordingly.
  • Manage all Inventory leads that come through and give to apropriate salesman.
  • Proccess all titles after vehicle sales and bring to motor vehicle during the transfer window
  • Make sure Coffee is made everyday and also make sure supplies for office are stocked
  • Answer e-mails and print out any bills that come through
  • Add part costs to vehicles after they have been through service department!
  • Mark all inventory vehicles "Held For Resale" in the state system within 48 hours of acquiring vehicle
  • Attend any online State trainings to stay up to date on Dealer Qualifications with the State of MN
  • Renew Dealers License each year before deadline
  • Keep business facebook page up to date
  • Keep front office & bathroom clean

This is a full time position Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm and every other Saturday from 9:00am-3:00pm with a day off during the week when having to work Saturday. Training will be provided

-Wage: $18.50 an hour plus commission

-Experience with Microsoft Office preferred

-Strong attention to detail and organization skills required!
