Job Description
- Answer all phone calls and direct them where they need to go.
- The first face customers see when they enter the building
- Handle updating vehicle inventory and making sure website and vehicle descriptions are up to date.
- Handle all end of month reports and communicate with accountant accordingly.
- Manage all Inventory leads that come through and give to apropriate salesman.
- Proccess all titles after vehicle sales and bring to motor vehicle during the transfer window
- Make sure Coffee is made everyday and also make sure supplies for office are stocked
- Answer e-mails and print out any bills that come through
- Add part costs to vehicles after they have been through service department!
- Mark all inventory vehicles "Held For Resale" in the state system within 48 hours of acquiring vehicle
- Attend any online State trainings to stay up to date on Dealer Qualifications with the State of MN
- Renew Dealers License each year before deadline
- Keep business facebook page up to date
- Keep front office & bathroom clean
–This is a full time position Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm and every other Saturday from 9:00am-3:00pm with a day off during the week when having to work Saturday. Training will be provided
-Wage: $18.50 an hour plus commission
-Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
-Strong attention to detail and organization skills required!
–Good Customer Service & Communication Required!
