Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional individual to join our office team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations and providing excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and maintaining a welcoming office environment
  • Answering and directing phone calls while assisting with client communication
  • Organizing and processing client documentation and information confidentially
  • Scheduling appointments and managing office/advisor calendars
  • Processing completed tax returns and assisting with payroll or bookkeeping tasks as needed
  • Maintaining office organization, including mail and deliveries
  • Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and office systems in daily operations

Experience

  • Professional office experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality are essential

We are looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and able to contribute to a professional and team-oriented office environment.

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
