We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional individual to join our office team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations and providing excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and maintaining a welcoming office environment
- Answering and directing phone calls while assisting with client communication
- Organizing and processing client documentation and information confidentially
- Scheduling appointments and managing office/advisor calendars
- Processing completed tax returns and assisting with payroll or bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Maintaining office organization, including mail and deliveries
- Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and office systems in daily operations
Experience
- Professional office experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
- Professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality are essential
We are looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and able to contribute to a professional and team-oriented office environment.
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
