A well-established, boutique financial services firm in Charleston is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and help maintain a highly polished, client-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, shipping, and document organization
- Maintain office spaces, including conference rooms, kitchen, and common areas
- Order and restock supplies; coordinate vendors, repairs, and maintenance
- Prepare meeting spaces and assist with client meeting logistics and events
- Support document handling, scanning, and client requests
- Assist with check processing, expense tracking, and invoice support
- Help maintain compliance records and run routine reports
- Provide general operational and team support as needed

- Reliable transportation for occasional errands
PREFERRED
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, legal, or professional services
- Familiarity with document management platforms (e.g., ShareFile or similar)
- Exposure to compliance or regulatory documentation processes
Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule: Part-time, on-site (flexible but consistent weekly hours)
Compensation: $25/Hr
