We are a fast-paced real estate office that values teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail. This position will assist with administrative tasks, file management, and light marketing support.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining transaction files
- Assisting with contract paperwork and documentation
- Uploading and managing documents in transaction files
- Helping track deadlines and paperwork for closings
- Assisting with basic social media posts and marketing tasks
- General office organization and administrative support
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with paperwork and digital files
- Basic computer and social media skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Real estate experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
