We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing property management team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional rental office
- Greet residents, clients, and vendors in person and by phone
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Schedule appointments, tours, and meetings
- Accept rental payments and issue receipts
- Perform filing and document management (digital and physical)
- Assist with mailings and correspondence
- Support property managers with daily administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members
Customer Service Skills are a MUST
Qualifications – Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, including the ability to write clear reports and correspondence
- Work history demonstrating strong customer relations, oral and written communication, and organizational skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Computer literacy required (Word, Email, Google Docs, Google Sheets; property management software a plus)
- Current Georgia driver’s license and valid auto insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate professionally with residents and co-workers from diverse cultures and backgrounds

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
