We are an acupuncture (Traditional Chinese Medicine) clinic located in Murrieta, CA. We are looking for a part time office assistant to work on Monday and Wednesday.

“`Responsibilities:“`
– Provide administrative support to the office team
– Greet, check in/out and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls, take messages as needed
– Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory

– Coordinate and schedule appointments.
– Take payments from patients.
– Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and computerized
– Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing

“`Qualifications:“`
– Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred but not required, we are happy to provide training to quick learner with no experience.
– Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
– Excellent computer literacy skills, including typing speed and accuracy
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently
– Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
