The Administrative Assistant (Tax Practice) will be responsible for supporting CPA office staff with administrative functions, processing tax documents, compiling tax returns, ordering supplies, preparing mail, and additional functions as needed. This role will be based in our Boca Raton office.
- 3+ years of administrative experience, with 1+ years in a Tax office environment (required)
- Tech savvy and able to navigate different software and tools.
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and deal with a deadline-driven environment.
- Interpersonal and client-facing.
- In-person 5 days/week for first 90 days, then 4/1 in-office/remote thereafter.
