We are looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Position Details:

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 1-hour unpaid lunch
  • Starting pay: $14/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing customers
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Customer service
  • Organizing files and paperwork
  • Light bookkeeping
  • Assisting with logistics and scheduling
  • Researching new products and suppliers
  • Data entry and computer work
  • Assisting with day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong organization skills
  • Responsible and dependable
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
