We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant (Field & Operations Support) to help support our daily operations, technicians, inspections, and field activities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working both in the office and in the field, supporting teams, and helping operations run smoothly.

Position Summary

The Office Assistant (Field & Operations Support) plays a key role in maintaining service quality and supporting daily operations. This position assists with technician support, field inspections, inventory management, operational errands, and customer experience tasks.

The role requires strong communication skills, organization, problem-solving abilities, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Field Support & Inspections

  • Conduct quality-control inspections at client homes
  • Perform first-clean walkthroughs for new clients
  • Provide real-time feedback to Cleaning Technicians
  • Ensure company cleaning standards are being followed
  • Identify and report operational or quality concerns

Training & Technician Support

  • Assist with onboarding new Cleaning Technicians
  • Reinforce company cleaning procedures and expectations
  • Support technicians with schedule or field-related issues
  • Assist with operational emergencies when needed

Inventory & Equipment Management

  • Prepare and refill cleaning products
  • Organize inventory and supply areas
  • Maintain vacuums and cleaning equipment
  • Prepare technician kits and supplies

Operational & Client Support

  • Deliver welcome gifts or special items to clients
  • Track gift deliveries in company spreadsheets
  • Run operational errands and supply pickups
  • Assist management with day-to-day operational tasks

Cleaning Support (As Needed-Emergency Only)

  • Assist with cleanings during technician shortages or high-demand periods

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel locally for inspections and errands
  • Comfortable working both in office and field environments
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of residential cleaning standards is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule Expectations

  • Must remain in office until 9:00 AM daily to support morning technician operations
  • After 9:00 AM, responsibilities may include inspections, deliveries, field support, and errands
