Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Support office management activities by organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Provide customer support by addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues related to billing or services, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Perform clerical duties including typing reports, maintaining records of customer interactions, and ensuring data accuracy.
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative experience is highly preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations will help you excel in this role.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant experience can be beneficial but is not required.
- Excellent phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
