Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently with professional phone etiquette
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Utilize computer skills in HomeBase, ADP & Squire
- Front Desk Client Ambassador
- Customer Service & Guest Relations
- Appointment Scheduling
- Retail Sales Support
- Team-Oriented Environment
- Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
