We are seeking a National Program Director – Dinners to design, manage, and scale this system across the United States.
This is a high-visibility operations role for a candidate capable of executing a multi-city program with precision, speed, and accountability. You will work closely with leadership to ensure consistent execution across all locations while maintaining alignment with the Foundation’s broader mission and initiatives.

KFO Legacy Foundation
KFO Legacy Foundation operates alongside KFO Family Office as part of a dual-architecture system, supporting philanthropic deployment across initiatives including Vanguard, GRIDWORX, 10B, and other NGO-aligned programs.
Through curated events, strategic partnerships, and programmatic execution, the Foundation builds networks of influence that support both social impact and long-term institutional alignment.
As National Program Director, you will play a central role in scaling one of the Foundation’s core engagement platforms.

Position
The National Program Director will oversee the rollout and execution of private dinners across multiple U.S. markets, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational control at scale.
This role requires a systems-oriented operator who can manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate across cities and time zones, and maintain a high standard of execution across all program touchpoints.
Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing rollout of 3–12+ private dinners per month across multiple U.S. cities
• Managing and coordinating hosts, ambassadors, and NGO-aligned operators
• Ensuring all dinners are scheduled, staffed, confirmed, and executed on time
• Building and maintaining centralized tracking systems for invites, RSVPs, attendance, and follow-up pipelines
• Standardizing dinner formats, materials, and operational flow across all locations
• Coordinating logistics at a systems level, not hands-on execution
• Supporting the development of larger events including galas, summits, and conferences
• Maintaining alignment between dinner programs and broader Foundation initiatives
⸻

• Direct, proactive, and comfortable holding others accountable
⸻

Why Join KFO
• Direct exposure to a rapidly scaling national platform
• Opportunity to build and own a multi-city operational system
• Access to a network of family offices, operators, and strategic partners
