In this role, you will manage operational tasks related to package handling, customer communication, and mail logistics. Responsibilities:
• Review and determine the acceptance or rejection of incoming packages based on established criteria.
• Maintain accurate logs of all operational activities, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide updates on package statuses.
• Organize and coordinate the shipment of documents and mail on a weekly schedule.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions and operational workflows.
• Process data efficiently to support accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
• Ensure timely handling of daily mail operations, meeting organizational deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for tracking and managing customer interactions.
• Strong skills in data processing and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving inquiries promptly.
• Familiarity with handling daily mail and document shipments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with precision.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure smooth operational processes.
