Job Description

Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel, visa, and residency requirements for missionaries, volunteers, and employees, including tickets, lodging, and documentation
- Facilitate English communication and administrative coordination for volunteers
- Maintain clear, timely communication between HQ, Area offices, and missionaries regarding travel arrangements and updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government and public offices; stay informed on changes in policies and regulations
- Support all aspects of fleet management, including procurement, disposal, vehicle operations, and maintenance
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Draft and format memorandums, correspondence, reports, and various administrative documentation
- Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential records; coordinate document review, approval, and signatures
- Monitor agreement status, follow up on approvals, and help ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies
- Provide administrative and logistical support for legal, compliance, and government‑relations activities; travel locally/regionally as required
Qualifications
- Hold a valid temple-recommend
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional experience in travel services, legal administration, public administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong knowledge of government procedures, regulatory documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (and Mongolian, if applicable), with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proven ability to manage documentation efficiently and coordinate with government entities and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer service orientation, problem‑solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
