Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel, visa, and residency requirements for missionaries, volunteers, and employees, including tickets, lodging, and documentation
  • Facilitate English communication and administrative coordination for volunteers
  • Maintain clear, timely communication between HQ, Area offices, and missionaries regarding travel arrangements and updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government and public offices; stay informed on changes in policies and regulations
  • Support all aspects of fleet management, including procurement, disposal, vehicle operations, and maintenance
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Draft and format memorandums, correspondence, reports, and various administrative documentation
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential records; coordinate document review, approval, and signatures
  • Monitor agreement status, follow up on approvals, and help ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for legal, compliance, and government‑relations activities; travel locally/regionally as required

Qualifications

  • Hold a valid temple-recommend
  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional experience in travel services, legal administration, public administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong knowledge of government procedures, regulatory documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English (and Mongolian, if applicable), with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proven ability to manage documentation efficiently and coordinate with government entities and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong customer service orientation, problem‑solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
