Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Spa Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

This role requires a high level of independence, reliability, and professionalism, including opening and closing the office and serving as the primary on‑site representative of Avera Aesthetics and Wellness.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.

· Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries or concerns.

· Schedule recurringappointments for clients using our electronic scheduling system, ensuring optimal utilization of time and resources.

· Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.

· Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

· Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately.

· Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

· Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office, electronic scheduling systems, and billing applications.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.

· Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

· Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Qualifications:

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
